A friend of mine bought one of ecoflow power hat.

I checked the product data and description.

below are some of my opinion.

The EcoFlow Power Hat uses ETFE lamination and PERC solar cells. Without the hat functionality, it’s essentially a foldable solar charger. Based on the materials, this hat likely has some weight, which could be uncomfortable for daily users, although perhaps tolerable for activities like fishing.

Moreover, placing a power source on your head seems unnecessary, as you could just use a portable power bank. Additionally, the solar panels may generate heat, making it uncomfortable for the wearer. The combination of weight and heat makes the product less practical in my opinion.

For those who enjoy novelty and have extra spending money, this could be a fun purchase. However, in the current economic climate, I doubt many people will invest in such a product. This shows that solar product innovation may be hitting a plateau, as this product doesn’t offer significant practical benefits.

anyway,ecoflow have a great design and great step to improve solar power hat. in the future,I think this product could update much more better.
